Pillsbury launches limited edition Easter cookies

With daylight saving time back and St. Patrick’s Day upon us, spring is well and truly here and that means it’s time for Easter treats. To get people into the festive spirit, Pillsbury is bringing back three beloved cookie dough varieties just in time for the holidays, but only for a limited time.

Pillsbury recently announced the return of its bunny and chick-shaped sugar cookie doughs as well as egg-shaped die-cut cookie dough. The bunny-shaped sugar cookie dough features a pink bunny – a classic symbol of the Easter and spring holidays. The cookies are safe to eat raw so people can enjoy them straight from the package or, if they can bear the wait, baked. They are now available at retailers nationwide and come in packs of 20 pre-cut cookies for a suggested retail price of 3 for $8.

Chick shaped sugar cookie dough is similar to bunny shaped sugar cookie dough. They are safe to eat raw or baked and come in packs of 20 pre-cut cookies for a suggested retail price of 3 for $8. The big difference is that the chick shaped sugar cookie dough features a yellow chick, another classic symbol of spring. Then there’s the cookie dough cut into the shape of an egg. This dough provides a little ease for creativity in the kitchen as the egg-shaped cookies get the perfect shape every time without the need for measuring or mixing. They can be baked and enjoyed as is or decorated for extra enjoyment. They are also safe to eat raw, so cookie dough lovers rejoice. These are also available now at retailers nationwide and come in packs of 10 pre-cut cookies with a suggested retail price of 3 for $8.
